Materials And Stitching
Material is thick and waterproof, but it feels like it will get snagged easily and rip on edges, corners and protrusions. I have a similar bag from a different brand and they use a different, more rugged exterior material than the interior which I prefer over this bag. Also, after only using twice in a non outdoor setting (just transporting wet clothes 15 minutes away by car) the stitching is already coming undone. That's lame.I like the backpack straps though, but you have to roll the bag an even number of times for the attachment loops to line up correctly.

Great customer service
Used product for one day. Didn’t get bag wet cuz seams are already coming apart? Decided to retest at home to see if inside gets wet and it sadly did a little 😞 might just be this item malfunction.Update: customer service was amazing! They sent me a new bag which had no issues was able to use this bag on my 6 hour river tube float. Clipped to outside of my tube and all my things stayed dried! Love this bag!

Good purchase
I used this bag for the first time out on the lake while kayaking/paddle boarding for about 4 hours. The bag is so roomy and can hold a lot of stuff!! I was able to put 2 bottles of sunscreen, phone, tshirt, crocs, and hydroflask in here with more than enough room remaining. The bag didn’t hit the water so I cannot attest to how it holds up when it’s fully submerged but it did face the occasional splash from the paddles and everything stayed dry. I like that the bag has two straps so it can be worn as a backpack or they can be uncliped and clipped again to secure to your kayak or SUP. I will update this review as I use the bag more frequently.

Really cool
We used this bag for camping to haul water from the river to our camp site for showers. We used to just use a 5gal bucket but it was back breaking. This bag makes it super easy since it has straps you can use it like a backpack. Upon filling it up and dumping it into a 5 gallon bucket it does fill it up, so it does actually hold 20L. Great purchase
