I'm impressed with this little flask. It worked great for a day hike. It easily fits in a cargo pants pocket or backpack. After I washed it out, It took a couple of days to fully dry out, but eventually it did. Before the first use, I did fill it with water and baking soda to get out any plastic taste and that worked

This is an awesome water bottle and perfect for when I go skiing because it fits very comfortably in my ski jacket. I have to give it four stars because I’ve had four of them now and all the other three were really annoying to screw on. You had to get it just right or the threads didn’t seem to line up. The last one I bought works perfectly though. I would recommend if the same thing happens with your threads when you get one to return it for a new one because it’s not all of them that have that problem. It’s also worth noting that you have to suck the water out of it so if you don’t like that then it’s not for you.

very handy, but also made me realize that I have no concept of size when it comes to ML. 500 ML is small. That’s on me for not doing more research. Will be buying the larger size for my next trip.

Bought this to take to Glastonbury musical festival I know it will be great since it’s lightweight and when empty I can just put it in my purse

I sent these (I bought 2) bottles flying through a jagged cave and they not only survived but they still look brand new. Okay, I lied, I didn’t take them through one cave, I took them through about 15 so far. When I say “took them through” I more mean to say that I filled them with water, crammed them into the bottom of a durable bag, and then proceeded to toss the bag 10+ feet down a pit into a cave where I then spent the next 4 hours dragging these things across bare rock. They are far more durable than I expected. I am a professional cave explorer and these are giving my Nalgene’s a run for their money. My only complaint is that sweet stickers won’t stick to the surface. Sharpie does though so I’ll graffiti it that way.

Primary use, ski coat pocket, water, I carry two. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchase. One of concern was the smell from the new product. I thoroughly washed prior to using and in my case no odor or taste. I'm still getting use to the flip cap and its flexibility (vs. plastic disposable bottles). I love how it gets smaller as I use it.

The flavor of PLASTIC described by the other reviews is a whoppingly disgusting flavor.Mind you I washed the bottle thoroughly before using it. WOW! I had to brush my teeth twice to get rid of the flavor. YUCK!Soap and water are not enough. I put one drop of dish soap, 6 tablespoons of lemon juice, and half a bottle of warm water. Shake, Shake Shake and let it sit in the counter for several hours. Shook it up real good and let it rest for several more hours.After giving the bottle a good wash and rinse, the plastic flavor is GONE.Four stars because I had to put in some elbow maintainence to get that nasty flavor out.Otherwise it seems to work as advertised.
