Of all the Earl Greys you can buy, Fortnum's is the best - not sharp and over bergamotty, like some. Just smooth and delightful. Not for everyday, at least not for me. But, what I do is mix 4 parts Fortnum's Royal Blend to 1 part Earl Grey and that is the perfect everyday tea. Try it.

This tea is delicious. The tin is beautiful and would make a very nice gift for someone that likes Earl Gray Tea. It cost $43.00 for the tin, however, you only have to use a tsp of tea per cup so it goes a long way.

I first tried this in London, and I've been addicted ever since. You can buy it here or at Williams Sonoma. I've tried many, many types of Earl Grey and this is as good as it gets. (Taylor's of Harrogate also makes a pretty good cup.)
