It works great! Very affordable way to get lactose free milk. I treat a gallon with 24 drops, shake it and set it back in the fridge the day before i need it and never have to think of it again or have a separate expensive lactose free milk in the fridge. We all drink it.

Life is a lot easier when I can add drops of lactase to milk and other dairy products. I almost had to give up dairy because of the painful gut side effects. I highly recommend this product. If you add more drops per instructions, the dairy product is almost 99% free of lactose sugar.

I started years ago with Lactaid brand drops but don't find them anymore (only tablet form is widely available). I found this brand to do the job and the price is comparable or better than other brands.

I used the recommended amount for a gallon of milk and added 10 additional drops just to be safe, and I experienced no discomfort. It didn’t change the taste or consistency of the milk. Will purchase again.

This works better for me with milk than the chewable pills. I pre-treat and let the milk sit for 48 hours, even though 24 hours is the minimum recommended time. You'll know it's working when the milk is sweeter than usual as a result of the lactose being broken down. I find this to be a good value overall as it's the least expensive I can find; however it does take a lot more drops to fully treat than some other brands. I had an issue with my order and the manufacturer responded quickly and very much to my satisfaction, and from halfway around the world nonetheless! Overall, highly recommended.

So cost effective!! I love milk and this is how I can drink it! 21 drops in a gallon and I'm good to go! To be able to buy a gallon of milk at $3 or to buy a quart at $4. This is the best way for me.

This is a much less expensive alternative to lactose-free milk purchased at the store. Simple to use, just add the correct number of drops to a gallon of milk.NOTE: If you use the recommended amount, it will take 24 hours to break down all of the lactose, so plan on making your next gallon before finishing the one you're on.

I would give it ZERO Stars if I could. It’s not very good.I used the product as specified and within two hours I had severe cramping from the lactose.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
