- Opening is centered on the short end; Fits Anova Precision Cooker, Anova One, SansAir and Nomiku Classic. Allows lifting and replacing lid without moving the circulator
- Fits standard full-size polycarbonate food pans including Cambro 18CWCH135 and Lipavi model C20
Polycarbonate pans are great for cooking sous vide and a "fitted" lid provide the best combination of convenience, aesthetics and energy energy conservation. Our testing that shows without a fitted lid heat loss due to surface evaporation is much higher resulting in heat / energy lost. At higher sous vide water bath temperatures energy loss can be more than double.
