I absolutely love these black beauty blenders! The color is chic and practical—no more visible stains like with lighter sponges. Okay, first things first. This is a very solid value for 5 make up sponges. They are large, soft, and easy to clean. Nice quality overall. Does a decent job with application, I’m not displeased with them.Why 4 stars you ask? Let me start this part of the review with a caveat: if you’ve never used the original, beauty blender, you would rate these 5 stars, hands down, no question.With that in mind… I, however, have never used anything except the original beauty blender and decided to give these babies a try because for the price, why not?! So, when comparing these to the actual beauty blender (as many who have provided reviews already have) these are not quite as effective. These, although don’t seem to suck up my foundation, I do need to use more than I do with the beauty blender. Not egregiously so, but still more. Similarly, these sponges don’t seem to carry the foundation as far. By contrast, The surface area seems to hold more water- and no, I’m not talking within the sponge, I’m talking lateral surface area. It took me a few tries to figure out exactly how wet/ dry my sponge needed to be in order to not counter act my foundation, ie not blot it off. This is in fairly stark comparison to the beauty blender, which I just wet and squeeze without thought and start dabbing.Overall, these are a very nice value for the money. If, however, you expect these to perform exactly like a beauty blender, they do not. Honestly, I would have never guessed that there would be any notable differences between the expensive blender and these, but there truly is. I’ll still use them as they are still nice sponges, but just not as effective as the bb.

I love switching out my sponges to keep everything sanitary and clean. These are affordable and SUPER nice quality. Its got a great texture and I love the different colors! I use it for creams and powders to set for a perfect flawless base. I've repurchased these like 5 times already yall

These are the best!! After finding these I will not use another brand. Not only are they extremely affordable, they are exceptional quality. I use them daily for my concealer and love the way it looks. They do not leave any lines and the concealer goes on smoothly and flawlessly. I wet it first and squeeze it out before using and it doesn’t waste any product. The sponges are well made and do not flake or tear easily. They are the perfect size and not too large. I love these!!! 10/10

Why have I been spending a fortune on expensive blenders all these years?? These were great and super affordable!

For the price this is a deal, their not as good as the real beauty blenders but they get the job done and the colors are fun
