Why I bought it: I’m a chronic illness and POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) gal. My body basically powers down whenever I go from sitting to standing. Night time trips to the loo involve multiple sit-to-stand maneuvers, which often leave me completely drained. I wanted a quick, manageable hydration solution for nights, without extra exhaustion. ✅️The Good Stuff: Hydration: Noticeable improvement in the morning; helps me get an extra hour before symptoms kick in. Mixability & Texture: Dissolves easily in water with no clumps. Smooth, pleasant mouthfeel . Tangy, nostalgic strawberry milkshake vibe. Can be had warm or cold with less water than a traditional sachet = no 3am wake up wee. Size & Convenience: Individual sachets are brilliant. I can stash them anywhere: nightstand, downstairs . Perfect if I become immobile. Vitamin Content: Magnesium and electrolytes aid sleep and morning energy. Exactly what I need and they hit mark. Accessibility: EDS-friendly packaging means easy tear, no risk of hand/finger pain or dislocation. 👎The Not-So-Good: Value for Money: At over £1 per sachet, daily use isn’t realistic on a budget . A real shame because I’d love it as a nightly staple. I am aware you can buy bigger packs as a subscription, however, they are still comparatively costly to competitors. Verdict: Would I buy again? Absolutely! Though frequency is limited by cost. Would I recommend to a friend? Definitely. Already sent one to try tonight.

Loved these. Got the variety pack for visiting people who live at 10,500ft altitude, aware that hydrating is key for combatting altitude sickness. Did the trick wonderfully. Popped a sachet in my 750ml water bottle each morning and off I went. Good flavours, enjoyable to drink. I've had other rehydration powders in the past that were chalky or tasted weird - not these ones! I'll definitely get them again

I’ve only started using recently, but the taste is very nice and it’s easy to drink. I was worried when reading the reviews that it would be too hard to drink like some brands of electrolytes however someone who is very plain the taste is very pleasant. It’s hard to say whether I feel more hydrated as it could be placebo but so far the product appears to be good and doing its job. Ensure you mix well before drinking.

The only hydration drinks i'll buy now. I usually hate hydration drinks because you can taste a hint of salt which im not a fan of at all. But this just tastes like squash. Really nice.

Very nice but have ordered the variety pack twice and is not as photographed. You get 2 mixed berry, guava, watermelon and raspberry, tropical, orange and peach, lemon, lime and mint Photo has coconut which isn’t included. All the flavours were lovely but I was looking forward to that one.

I've re ordered these 3 or 4 times now love the taste and how convenient they are. I had a mix up with my last order, they sent the wrong flavour however after a quick email to the customer support it was rectified...brilliant service

Tastes good but is pretty sweet. Used it when I had a cold to help me stay hydrated and it worked, even if it's just because it encouraged me to drink more.

Love the flavours of theses electrolytes, they arrived quickly and were worthwhile having. Ive marked it down a star as I feel they could be better value.

Ekelhaft. Normal schreibe ich keine Rezensionen. Ich kann jedem von diesen Elektrolyte Sticks nur dringend abraten. Schmeckt sowas von künstlich. Ok, ohne Zucker, dafür mit irgendeinem Zuckerersatz, sowas von übersüsst. Die unechte Farbtextur sticht dermaßen ins Auge, dass man Augenkrebs kriegt. Selbst mein Mann, der für Reste-Verwertung immer zu haben ist, will dieses Zeugs nicht trinken. Zu behaupten, es würde nach Obst schmecken, grenzt an Verbrauchertäuschung. Und dann noch der sowas von überhöhte Preis. Ich dachte , ich gönne mir mal was Gutes. Dieses Produkt ist ungenießbar.
