Defective From The Factory
I ordered a new bike in February. It was slated for delivery on or about May 25th. In preparation for delivery of the bike, I placed an order with Amazon for the Cat Eye Padrone on May 18th. After placing the order, I was informed by the bike dealer that the bike wouldn’t ship until June 1st. With shipping time and set up at the dealer I was told it wouldn’t be ready to pick up until June 10th.I picked up the bike on June 10th and installed the Cat Eye. I had some problems with the install, so I called Cat Eye America, the US distributor, for technical support. I left a voice mail message. The call was never returned. I worked through the problem.My first ride on the new bike was on June 14th. At the end of the ride I noticed that the trip mileage was about four miles less than the actual distance covered.On June 19th I went for a second ride. I saw that the MPH and cadence displays randomly either went to zero or went blank. I made sure that the sensors were properly aligned with the sensor magnets. They were.The third ride was on June 23rd. On this ride the MPH and cadence displays randomly failed again. Then the screen went blank and then showed a “SEARCHING” message. This happened three times. It had lost its connection to my iPhone. I called Cat Eye America Inc. again and left a message. This call was also not returned.I contacted the Amazon selling dealer, BicyclesourceUS. They told me to contact Lumos. Lumos turned out to be a helmet dealer that does not sell Cat Eye. After that was straightened out with BicyclesourceUS I sent an email to Cat Eye. They replied that they wanted the software versions of my iPhone and the Cat Eye. I replied with the software versions. I got no reply to my response.I tried calling again. I got someone. She confirmed that my software versions were the latest ones. She finally admitted that the selling dealer was probably stocked with an older Speed and Cadence Sensor that had problems. She did not offer to replace it.She wanted me to take the bike out to see if I could duplicate the problem. I told her that I’ve been duplicating the problem for the last six rides that I’ve had the Cat Eye. She said to send them proof of purchase and they would set up a return and refund. I sent the proof of purchase.Instead of getting a process started to return it and get a refund they send me a message stating they want me to send the unit in for maintenance at my expense.At that point I removed the Cat Eye from my bike and started the process with Amazon for a return and refund. Because of the delay in receiving the new bike, multiple day of riding/testing and the selling dealer, BicycleSourceUS, sending me to the wrong distributor, the 30-day return window had closed. BicycleSourceUS refused to accept a return. I filed a claim with Amazon AtoZ Guarantee.AtoZ forced BicycleSourceUS to take back the product but I had to pay $14.50 for shipping. I returned the computer, sensor and sensor mount. BicycleSourceUS demanded I return all of the parts. They consisted of a cable tie like computer mount and cable ties to mount the sensor. As they were cut to remove the computer from the bike, they were discarded. I pointed that out. BicycleSourceUS then changed their tune and said that wanted all of the packing material too. Because of the time it took to finally get to processing a return/refund, it was all gone. I let AtoZ take over. They finally got me a refund but, out of the $204.48 I spent on buying and return shipping, I got $94.98 back. At least it was something.My recommendation is don’t buy any Cat Eye wireless products and avoid BicycleSourceUS like the plague.

This product is horrible
This is the worst cateye cyclomeyer I've ever purchased. I've owned 3 previous cateye cyclomeyer with no problems. This won't stay synced to my phone's Bluetooth, is constantly shutting off randomly during a ride and is inaccurate in all the stats. I reached out to cateye customer service and tried the fixes they suggested with no success. Reached out again and, 5 months later, STILL haven't heard from them. Will never buy another cateye again.

Don't buy this
I have been struggling to get a the cadence magnet that was missing from the package for over a month. I have only received stupid suggestions from Cateye blaming me for the missing piece. In that time I have installed the computer and have been using it without cadence feature. The unit was complicated and confusing to set up, shuts off randomly in the middle of rides, won't even function if you don't have your phone and the app opened and is not very accurate. Lousy, unresponsive company with condescending attitude and a crap product.

Great product
Great bike computer! Chances are you have your smart phone with you when out riding and the Cateye Smart+ pulls info via Bluetooth to the bike computer. I have it set-up to display the Di2 gearing but wish this would connect to the Ultegra hidden switches in the hoods for turning pages on the Cateye computer. Otherwise, a great product and without breaking the bank.

Mala calidad
Llego y súper bueno, lo use 1 mes y sin aviso, ni golpes, ni nada, ya no prendió nunca mas. Desafortunadamente no estoy en USA, entonces ni posibilidad de cambio ni de arreglo. Muy mala calidad.

expect to spend hours trying to get the unit to work
The unit has so many features that you can't get anything to work. The documentation is poor and not complete. The unit is not user friendly and extremely difficult to set up. After over 3 hours I just gave up.

This unit doesnt compare at any level to the layout and simplicity of a Wahoo Element Bolt. Found myself struggling to accomplish what should be simple tasks like establishing wheel size etc...dont waste your time. Spend an extra 40 bucks and get the Wahoo.

Disapointed!!!
I am disapointed of my purchase a little bit because my speed sensor isc-12 was not running on the speed , it’s was just running on the cadence. I test it after open it with the magnet and testing instrument and i change a part i had i a old on, the part i showed on the picture, now it’s working well but it was suppose to be a new good one ...:(

Este producto es muy versátil, sirve tanto para un ciclista Aficionado, como pará un Ciclista Profesional Élite, las pantallas son completamente configurables y trabaja con la App del teléfono, el problema está en que hay que comprar los sensores de cadencia, velocidad, ritmo cardíaco y potencia por aparte c/u, para que se pueda tener una medición completa del entrenamiento
