I had expressed on an earlier review that I wasn't completely satisfied with this product. The seller contacted me and wanted to know what they could do to correct that perception of their product. They suggested that they would send me a new pair of ear buds completely free and I could even keep the original ear buds without having to return them. This is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION which I give 5 Stars.

I will say that these DO work with my phone, which is a plus and since I needed them on such short notice that is very nice. The pink color is cute, and I am a sucker for anything that lights up. However the fact I need them when I am working in the office (the one day/wk that I do) or when my friends and I are gaming and I am forced to use Discord on my phone to communicate (that's a WHOLE different thing) and my day isn't complete, i'll be in the middle of listening to something and suddenly I hear "Battery Low" is really disheartening.At first I thought it was because I hadn't fully charged them after opening the package. So I charged everything up, made sure it was at 100% my 2nd use, turned them on at 9:30am and by 5:25 (with 1hr lunch) they are at 10% battery and I'm getting the low battery message again.Not to mention when they are in the case everything will just....stop charging. The case will be charged up but all the lights will just turn off. If I pop them out and pop them back in they start charging again, but it is super annoying.Pro: Sound quality is good and they came with the little sound cancelling silicone coverings to make sure they are comfortable and don't fall out of my ear.Cons: Terrible battery life, also if I have to pop one out for any reason I have to re-sync them entirely. (I don't know if that is normal for earpods, but that has been my experience with these).

The main thing I dont like about these is being able to take calls on them. I can hear people fine. But the people I would talk to tell me that it is choppy on their end or I sound robotic.This is the main reason I purchased these. Listening to music and other thing is fine but this is why I only gave it 2 stars

For people with sensitive or smaller ears, I'd advise to look elsewhere. I was under the assumption that these would be comfortable and work nicely for a full charge, and while the charge does last as advertised, the discomfort felt while wearing these (both my wife and I), made it a poor product for us.

Just took these out of the package today. Comes with cute magnetic box,ear caps, type-c charger,and storage bag. Very light and durable. Will update review after a week or two.

Overall I really like these. Not sure how they’ll last in the long run, but I’ve already dropped them several times and they haven’t broke

These earbuds are nice. They do the job they need to. In my opinion they don’t get as loud as I would like. Also they die after about 2-3 hours. However they are cute and they do their job. As expected for the price.

I think these earbuds are over price. They are cute online in very cheap looking. The sounds is horrible. The sound is very low. When I get calls I have to keep going to speaker phone or phone just to hear them. If you play music it’s not bad but phone horrible. I purchase some by Boltune and they are great. I just needed some last minute and thought they were nice. Very cheap even though Boltune is the same price you would think you had AirPods in your ear.

En relación precio-calidad cumplen bastante bien, los materiales no son los mejores obviamente, pero tampoco son los peores. Las funciones táctiles son un poco confusas y no responden a la primera. Al usarlos son cómodos (3 tamaños de almohadillas incluidos), tienen un buen tamaño y a un volumen medio se escuchan bastante bien, sonido nítido y con suficientes bajos y la cancelación de ruido ayuda bastante. En cuanto a las llamadas tienes que subir un poco el volumen de voz para que la otra persona te escuche correctamente. Resumen, buena compra sin gastar mucho.Definitivamente si quieres calidad superior, sonido premium y los mejores materiales estos no son la opción, pero claro, si multiplicas el costo de estos por 7... podrás exigir lo más top.

son comodos y faciles de llevar, no se caen y la bateria les dura buen tiempo, aparte que en su estuche se vuelven a cargar sin necesidad de corriente.. me encantaron

Están perfectos para usar diarios. No tienen el sonido más fuerte pero le que si me gusta es que no distorsiona el sonido de la música. Lo único que noto es que tiene un touch muy sensible. Los uso en la noche para escuchar podcasts y se me recargo demasaido de un lado suelen apagarse. Digo es una cosa pequeña...la batería me sorprendió dura mucho más de lo que esperaba. Los uso mucho para hacer ejercicio y no se me resbalan

Llego muy rápido, buen empaque, llevo 2 días usándolos y no los he tenido que cargar, únicamente el diseño es algo incómodo, es para orejas grandes, duele un poco después de usarlo un buen rato.ACTUALIZACIÓN para hacer ejercicio no los recomiendo se resbalan con el sudor y se tienen que estar acomodando continuamente.
