I recently went on a river float with friends that definitely had some current in different spots and rocky bottoms that stuck out of the river in some parts. I had originally intended to do the float in a cheaper pool floaty and I am SO glad my husband found this option. You have the string to tie to other floaters if you wish, the compartment for the smaller cooler bag was perfect for one person. This is easy enough to inflate quickly if you have a battery-powered inflater and I loved having the cup holder as well. If you're taking this out on a river, I definitely recommend having an oar to control yourself a little better during a float. Great quality, durable and several of the other people in our float party had this exact same product and we all loved it!

This was a nice tube for a float trip! Cooler is a nice addition! It is an insulated type cooler so doesn’t keep ice as long as a hard sided cooler but definitely serves its purpose for about 3 hrs (counting travel time to river)! Very sturdy tube and floated nicely…did tilt just a little to the heavy side where the cooler is bit totally manageable!!! I would recommend👍🏻

I enjoyed this float and having the cooler come with it. I used this for river tubing and am used to the thicker material other name brand tubes are made of. This material is a little thin for my taste but there is no leaks and everyone else is envious of having the cooler in the tube! Overall a great buy but next season I will buy one with better material.

Used this for the first time Saturday and......... I Loved It! Went tubing to the same river I've been on 100 times. 2 friends or 20, I go tubing A LOT! In other tubes I was getting "stuck" quite a bit and had to be pulled back to the middle of the river, Not On This One! It seemed lighter than any of the other tubes I've had (even with the cooler) but Just As Durable. I could maneuver this one so easily, and it went right where I wanted to go. Comfort was really nice, which means so much to me, with 6 back Surgeries it's hard to sit in an uncomfortable tube. This one seemed to sit higher and I could move my legs around in different positions and be totally comfortable. Always felt like I was in a "V" position in other tubes because my butt was so far down. The cooler? Big Plus! Some reviews said it leaked, besides a little condensation I had no problems at all and still had plenty of ice left after a 5 hour trip in almost 90 degree weather. Friends were jealous because they had to deal with pulling their rafts, tied to their tubes, with their drinks, ect. Something I hate dealing with! I was a little nervous it wouldn't float strait, had no problem with that either. Although it is easy to spin it around, but that was fun 😉 But nothing can be perfect... the Only downside is you can't "paddle" from both sides of the tube because the cooler is there. Highly Recommend This Awesome Tube!! Going again in 2 weeks!

Floated some rivers with this tube this summer. It works fine. 2 things that I noticed: 1) the tube feels asymmetrical. The tube has way more air on the side with the cooler, thus the extra volume makes that side of the tube WAY stronger, where it wouldn't sink as much under heavy force as the other side, creating a lopsided feel. it's not bad but worth mentioning. 2) The inflation port is on bottom of tube making it harder to locate and harder to inflate (for both may electric pump and hand pump). My other tube inflation port is on top and seems a better location than this one. I still like this one though, it's a good tube.
