- I have used this product in my creams that contain water. It has a slight scent, but is easily covered by any added fragrance.
- A no paraben preservative. Paraben free products are important to my customers, so I love this product.
- An all-natural preservative. No Formaldehyde. Ingredient: Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid
- Some customers have complained that it did thin their products, but this was the only complaint so keep this in mind.
Unbranded. Blue or Clear bottle. Sealed. 1 Fl. OZ White Bottle, no name. Bottle may differ slightly in person. Highly effective broad spectrum antimicrobial preservative. Effective at pH levels below 6.0. No formaldehyde donors. Paraben-free. Compatible with most raw materials. Optiphen Plus can thin out some formulas-proper testing should be done. Manufacturing Temperatures: No Higher than 176ºF. Formula pH: Best Below 6.0. Effective Against: Bacteria, Mold, Yeast. Not approved for lip products.
