Highly recommend this product (36G bra size)
I'm a woman and got this for cosplay, so I might not have that many insightful things to say. My chest is 43 inches, so I got the large. On bra size I'm a 36 G, so I have big breasts that are usually very noticeable. If I wear a tight shirt with the binder, you can still tell I have them, which is to be expected. All that tissue can't just disappear. But, as I hope you can see in the pictures, if I wear a lose fitting shirt, you could be convinced I don't have giant breasts!! I'm very happy with this purchase and it will make my male cosplays look so much better! I haven't worn it for extended periods of time, but it does feel very comfortable and not super tight.

Seems good, but very tight
Almost thought I'd have to return this when I initially pulled it out of the package because it looked *tiny* despite buying the accurate size according to the measurements...and when I tried pulling it on, it was so tight that I thought the size wasn't right. But, I forced myself to get it on, and was surprised that once it was actually in place, it's not nearly as uncomfortable as I expected it to be. Just very, very snug--this is clearly not a brand that you can risk going a size down on without hurting yourself. I'm assuming that with regular wear it will break in some and loosen the way other binders do, but the arm holes run a bit small so it does pinch a bit at the armpits if you're built thicker or more muscular like I am, that's something to keep in mind. But this already seems to have better support and control over the amount of tissue I have (a lot) than other binders because of the intense level of compression, and doesn't ride up when I lift my arms the way other short binders do. Depending on how it lasts, I may get another as a backup!

Highly recommend for large chested trans people
Really good quality, super washable and breathable half the time. I can't even notice that I'm wearing it until I take my shirt off, me and my boyfriend use them and it is wonderful. It's really good for thick chested people too it may not do a lot, but it does enough to affirm you! The quality is amazing. I do like the style. Easy to get on and off. I am a chest size f. Cup and I am passing with this

It works but quality feels cheap
I’ve had this binder for about two years, and it’s fine. It works well, not flattening as much as some others but still works for me. My issue is the fabric, the outer netting really irritated my armpit and ribcage area. The bottom also just cuts off, no elastic to keep it in place which makes it roll up and messes up the shape a bit. Tldr: fine binder, just scratchy and cheap looking for 30$

Just think its neat.
I dont write reviews often, but this is the second underworks binder I’ve bought from here. Its a great price, the sizing is true to the chart, and it is insanely breathable. Most binders I’ve owned usually don’t last me much more than a few months, as I work blue collar. The front panel of the binder is heavy and extremely durable, whereas the back is light and breathable. This particular brand of binder has lasted me more washes, and more uses than any binder I have owned. The way its formed makes me feel like I have actual pecs and like im not just wearing some glorified bra. I have t-shirts and socks that have worn down faster than this thing, and the one im replacing ive had for well over a year and a half now. I 100% recommend this a continuous binding option.

Poor Craftsmanship
Let me preface this with "I may have gotten a dud but..." Like I've read in other reviews, the fabric is fairly see-through which is not shown in the product photo. I don't care how see-through the material is, however, so I purchased one anyway. First the good: the cotton inside is very soft and comfortable, it is easy to move in, and compresses just as well as my other garments. Now the bad: the front (stretchy) panel had more length or fabric to it, so no matter how much I adjusted it the seams could not lie flat, causing giant rolls around the neck, bottom ridge, and one armpit. Upon flipping the garment inside out, I could see several large wrinkles and buckles in the cotton fabric. To me, someone who sews and crafts occasionally, it looked as if it was hastily put together and not cut or aligned properly. This garment is impossible to wear out, because even through a very loose shirt the "rolls" are INCREDIBLY visible, as each is at least a quarter of an inch in diameter. As a final note, my correspondence with customer service was less than satisfactory. I was told something along the lines of "this is an entry level product which is probably why it seems different than others you've had in the past" with no acknowledgement of my detailed description of the problem and the shoddy craftsmanship of the garment and the fact that it looks little like the product image. If you have problems with it, don't bother, just return it. Definitely not worth $20.

- Binds well - Quite tight, gets uncomfortable after a few hours - I can personally ignore fabric, but the back panel may be uncomfortable with those with strong sensory issues

I must have ordered a different model than I had before because the material of this binder was surprisingly very soft! The front inner lining of the chest binder has a very soft material which is great if you’re like me and you have sensitive skin. This binder also doesn’t roll up all the time like I’ve found the other models to do. The only downside is that I’ve found that it’s not quite as restrictive as my other underworks binders and therefore, as a big chested pre-op ftm dude, there’s still a faint silhouette of my chest through the binder. This isn’t a problem when wearing baggy shirts though, which I do all the time anyway haha Very good binder, I recommend it as a more breathable and softer binder. I’d buy another one of these to keep for days where my sensory issues flare up. Very good binder!
