The quality is great but it's not sharp enough for someone who has professional cooking experience.

I liked the size and weight of this knife. The knife is sharp as you would expect but not 'extra razor sharp'. The little motif on the handle is a nice touch and the look overall is of a very traditional kitchen knife.The problem for me is that when the description builds up the 'Premium quality' and 'Amazing performance that will astonish you' you have a certain expectation. My knife didn't have any instructions or documentation, arrived in a cheap plastic box in a flimsy plastic sheath and the blade on both sides covered in scratches. Not the workmanship I would be looking for. I wouldn't be prepared to give this to someone as a gift.However, it does the job and the price is competitive. Shame about the presentation.

This comes well packaged in a plastic storage box. Has a cover on the point and its super super sharp. Glides through meat so easily. Good handle too

Great craftsmanship and easy to hold, great sharpness and if kept care off should last you a lifetime
