So, mining on an old Z77, Asrock. Placed this beauty on the top (closest to the CPU) PCIe x 1. Connected my 2 gpu's (3070 and 1660 Super) to the first two USB's (The ones closest to the CPU/ on top of this card). Fired up the rig - it took an extra 2-3 minutes (be patient - i have a quick SSD) for windows to update drivers. Looked at my device manager and wha-la !!!!! 4 GPU's. No problems AT ALL. No update drivers. No drivers lost. Just worked. PFM. Very pleasant surprise. Happy customer :)May update (after 1 month): All is well. For clarity above i have 2 GPU's in the motherboard and this 1 x 4 PCIe card allowed me to add 4 more GPU's for a total of 6 GPUs on one motherboard. It just works. If you wanna mine, this is the deal. Buy some risers, another GPU and you are good to go ! GL !!

I was really surprised how good this works. I have 4 XFX RX 580's and 1 Xfx 5500 hooked up to this thing and they all are getting a great hasrate. Worth every pennUPDATE: Its been running not stop since I bought it over 3 weeks ago and it's still working flawless. I would buy another one but I'm out of GPU'S. Lol definitely worth it though.

Not only did it not work, but it also broke my computer. Wouldn't post for several attempts after trying to use this adapter. When I finally got it to post, windows is now endlessly cycling the circles supposedly doing startup repair. This was a fresh, clean windows install running perfectly before I tried to use this adapter.Not recommended

I connected 1 rtx 3080, 2 gtx 1070 and 1 gtx 1660. It fried my motherboard. The pci slot where they was connected its no longer working. I connected it to a secondary pcie slot which its no a 16x, only a 1x, and been mining for 2 days now, it havent fried that one, so i guess i can advice to use it only on a 1x pcie.

Literally just plug and play. Worked perfectly on a a pci-ex16 slot with 2 3070 and 1 3060ti connected to it. No problems at all, My Windows 10 recognize the 3 GPUs immediately. (PD: worked great for mining, for gaming idk)

I was skeptical, but this works great. Just make sure you plug it into a 16x slot ( it can be an 8 slot with 16 physical appearance I believe).

This is working just fine to connect four graphics cards into a single PCIe slot on my motherboard, even with 30 series Nvidia cards

Working perfect so far, 10 days in, will update if any issues.
