It didn’t have instructions on how to pair it to your box. So at this time I’m unable to use it. They need to show you how to sink it to the box so you can use the thing,but otherwise the product is a good looking remote small footprint well done

Works for me
Because my dog ate the original remote, I ordered this replacement. It didn't come with pairing instructions so I figured I'd unplug the tv box device for 15 seconds then plug back in. Remote worked after that. For the tv programming, it was a little bit of a headache but I accomplished pairing the tv input, volume up and down. Im not sure of the exact steps, but I pressed set and tv power button at same time till red light was steady lit. Then I pointed it at the tv remote I wanted it to learn. Pressed both power buttons at same time and red light should flash. I waited till the red light turned off and then I tried it and worked. Repeated for each button. I had to play around with it and try different ways but I got it to work.

I have a few Android TV boxes, I have purchased the mini keyboards, fancy remote with the built in track pad but at the end of the day this is the remote I prefer when using my Android to watch TV streaming services.Its inexpensive, uses AAA batteries and has a volume control.I am so bad a misplacing a remote or a sofa eating my remote at this low price I purchased a few and placed them around my room so I always have a remote in reach.Out of all the remotes I have use, this is the one to buy!

Can not be programmed to control tv set as marketed.
Remote was described as "can be programmed to turn TV on/off, adjust volume and tv input" which did not work.Seller was contacted but could not offer a working solution for the problem.

Doesn't work at all
I bought this as a replacement for my remote for my MXQ Pro. The description of the product states that it would work with a MXQ Pro Android TV Box, but it doesn't. In fact, it doesn't do anything. I suspect that it's just a piece of crap. When I push any button on the remote, the TV on/standby button flashes. When I try to pair the remote with my TV remote to put it in learn mode, the TV on/standby button never stops flashing. The problem isn't the batteries, because I checked the batteries in another device, and they are good. This remote is garbage; don't waste your money.
