Palm D Oxygen Analyzer

Passed my Nitrox certification and brought it with me to the instructor when was doing final exercises. I was very glad to find that it's accurate and work smoothly. The best product in this price range. Highly recommend.

Opened the package yesterday upon arrival and the unit would not power on. No owners manual included, but was able to track down the manufacturer and find the correct manual. Batteries are supposed to included, tested and good for 13,000 hours. Followed the instructions for case disassembly and immediately observed the battery contacts were not close to touching either of the batteries. Pinched them together and reinstalled the batteries and the unit is now working. Also, might be my mistake, but I thought from the product description that this unit was also supposed to come with a blue disfuser attachment and a bag, neither of which were included.

Ordered the O2 analyzer for my husband for Christmas. He opened it today and the analyzer won't calibrate. No manual was included.

The analyzer itself is great. Product photos are misleading. Does not arrive with the case or blue attachment as pictured. Now I have to go find and buy a small plastic tube that should have been included for Yoke valves.

The analyzer seems to work very well and is quite compact. HOWEVER, in the product information there are two pictures of a case and an attachment, but they weren't sent with the device. This is very deceptive and, while I like the analyzer, I will likely return it because of the deception.
