Great product, gives you a fresh beard look and smells fantastic. Most important, it is not greasy or sticky.

I got this as part of a whole upgrade I'm doing on my own hair care. The tin i received had minor dings and doesn't have a foil covering on it like most balms. But that doesn't take anything away from what the product is, it's great! I like the feel, I love the smell. It spreads easy and leaves a feeling of a freshly shampooed, soft beard. Would recommend 👌🏼

Normally I do not keep beard for a long time. This time grew beard little longer. Tried this balm for first time. Well what do I say about it - premium product. It softens the beard well. Nice fragrance. And of course the quality that we expect from Gillette

Adding a lemon image to the product suggests that it has a fresh, citrusy scent, but in reality, this is misleading and a form of marketing fraud. Also, the product lacks internal seal and an external seal to protect it from any tampering, which raises concerns about its safety and integrity.

Good product for beard softening. Smell is just ok only. It's very light and not sticky. Ok for the price.

Gillette Men’s Soft Beard Balm is one of the best Balm (especially if you keep a beard & shave less) It contains cocoa butter, argan oil and Shea butter which left my beard really soft & smooth and well moisturized. It is quite light in texture & is not sticky. Has an amazing fragrance. Must buy for sure. Prompt delivery from Amazon.

This is the first time ive grown a beard (due to lockdown I thought I would give it a try). Not the easiest thing in the world to take care of. Ive tried a few different balms and oils to soften my beard and relieve irritation. I can say this has been one of the better products ive used, has softened my beard considerably and the Cocoa butter has a nice cooling effect. I would say I will be buying this again. The tin has enough balm to last for a couple months.

(I bought this for my other half, so this is his review) I have a medium-length beard and started using this mainly to deal with dryness and stiffness. After a short time using it, my beard is noticeably softer and easier to manage, especially after washing. What I really like is how balanced it feels. A small amount goes a long way and it absorbs well, so my beard doesn’t feel greasy or weighed down. It softens the hair without leaving residue, which makes brushing and styling much easier. The scent is another big plus, it smells clean and pleasant but not overpowering. You notice it when you apply it, but it doesn’t linger too strongly or clash with my aftershave.
