After scrolling with what seemed like an hour, I finally found a pan that didn't look cheap and with decent reviews. I took the leap and purchased it and wow I am impressed. I made a French apple tart and this pan was great. It has some weight to it to prevent warping and a coating to aid with sticking. Great product!!

I was emailed by the "ma and pa" shop selling these tart pans and let me tell you I have never existed until these pans were delivered to my front door. It was the best day in my life BY far. My kids, wife, family are absolute trash compared to this tart pan. For instance, the best days in my life are 1. Getting this tart pan (By far) 2. Trying buy a Playstation 5 for 1,499 bucks on amazon. 3. Getting married (or whatever) 4. Testing positive for Covid 5. kids.Great stuff guys keep up the great work!

I’ve only used it once so far, but it was my first tart and it came out really well. The tart released nicely from the pan with gentle coaxing, and I did not use any butter or cooking spray on the pan. It washed up well, and the included instructions made it clear to hand wash, dishwasher not recommended. It was more shallow than I expected but the dimensions are clearly described so that’s on me. For a dessert, the shallow size works, but I would prefer a deeper pan if I were making quiche.

This pan works beautifully! It is smaller than I expected but it says 9.5" and that's how big it is. I read a lot of reviews before I chose this pan, specifically because I saw that a lot of the pans were flimsy, leaked and some bent. This one is very sturdy, no leaks whatsoever and very easy to clean. So I would like to add a little mishap that happened on my account to warn others not to do the same. The first time I used it....I wasn't thinking and when I picked it up I had a hold of the bottom of the pan and I accidently pushed the bottom up. The side/frame of the pan flew off and landed on my wrist like a hoop. Needless to say, I got burnt pretty bad. So fair warning when you pick it up out of the oven make sure you just hold the SIDES only because the bottom slips out of the frame very easily. I had no problems getting it out whatsoever.
