Really pleased with this 1st Time Fix UPVC Window Handle. It worked perfectly the first time — easy to install with the included screws and multi spindles, so it fit my window without any hassle. The handle feels sturdy, locks smoothly, and looks clean and modern in white. Excellent quality and great value for money. Would definitely buy again if I need to replace more handles! 👍

Very easy to install, robust, universal double glazing handle. It was good to have a choice of spindle lengths becasue I didn't know what length I needed until I had taken the old handle off. The range of screws provided did not include the right length for my window but the old screws worked perfectly so it was not a problem. This was my first attempt at changing a window handle so I could have done with some instructions in the package or online but by staring at the contents of the pack and the old handle for a bit I realised that one of the plastic buffers provided went onto the spindle before installation. A couple of YouTube videos enabled me to unlock the broken latch and remove it and I found the whole process using this product really simple.

Bought to give it a go myself as my builder friend said he was struggling to get the piece needed for my old handle. Bought this as it had all the sizes included, and managed to change it myself (I’m not handy!) great value for money and easy to fit!

Got 2 of these as lost the keys for the old one's. Had to pick the locks with a thin piece of metal but finally got them off. I avoided the Yale one's as they sounded to be cheap quality. These are very solid and sturdy. Installation was easy, they come with different sized screws and spindles, I just used the one's from the old handles (this also avoids cross threading into the window's screw holes). They feel tight when opening and closing, the keys sometimes take a bit of fiddling to get in but the locks work ok. Will update if there's any problems.

These replacements double glazed window handles are just brilliant,I had to replace a couple of handles that would not lock,took me less than ten minutes to replace two handles,they fit right or left windows,come with different size spindles and screws so no need for any sawing. Just unscrew the two fitting screws,fit the right size spindles,put the two holding screws back in and jib done,two new handles with keys ,definitely recommend and will buy again.

Grand handle for the price, the choice of barrel is so handy. Just a note; Handle is plastic not metal so not as robust as a metal handle obviously. Easy to install and working great. Would happily buy again.

Purchased for an elderly relative after the handle on their bathroom window failed. Good quality replacement that took less than five minutes to install. Really appreciated the fact that this kit came with a range of different size screws and spindles as the window frame itself is about 35 years old and having the additional hardware included, lessened my concerns around the compatibility of any fixings and being able to get the job done without too much faffing about.

Super; je ne trouvais pas de poignée compatible. Les tiges étaient toujours trop grande donc la cest parfait jai pu me servir des deux tailles dans toute la maison

Super poignée qui s'adapte sur mesure grâce aux différentes tiges. Idéal pour les portes à une seule poignée d'un seul côté. Permet de sécuriser pour les enfants grâce à la double sécurité, un bouton à enfoncer pour ouvrir+1 clé pour fermer à clé et empêcher que la poignée ne tourne. Une étoile en moins pour la poignée qui semble un peu fragile, à voir sur la durée...
