Phillips Hue are more expensive than other brands- but they are certainly worth it. They "just work" and continue to work, no dropouts, no random issues that take time to debug/work out. They just work- and do all the little extra's too- tell you when the battery is low etc. The app is good and gives a whole range of useful features- eg. time based actions based on when the switch is pressed. This is my 5th switch and all of them are still working. Great quality.

Well what can I say? Philip’s shoe? It just works excellent value for money as well thank you very much Amazon. The only thing I would say is I was only allowed to order 3 and I actually needed four which was a bit of a bummer.

I owned the originals, these now have a much sleeker matt finish to them rather than the gloss of the previous ones.They also have a separate scene button to switch between presets rather than an on/off button of the predecessor. The on button also serves as the off button.I like the new design. Still has the sticky back or ability to use a couple of screws to secure to the wall :)

The dimmers would be the best available but there's one issue I've noticed which is tapping the top corners of the on off button doesn't register as a press sometimes, the same doesn't really happen on the bottom corners though there's too much flex room at the top so you can miss hit the light and need to do it again. Fine for you to remember, but not for all your guests which is the main reason for having dimmers paired with smart lights. Slightly cheap clicking noise and the magnet could be stronger as well but you get what you pay for I guess.I stilll chose to use them throughout though as they're cheap to deploy, work great there hasn't been any issues sending the commands when a button is hit properly, detach from the wallplate to carry around and multiple configurable functions with single press, and press and hold on the main buttons.To cover old light switches as I didn't want these next to them and have lights possibly disconnected by people using the wrong one, and for aesthetic reasons I installed IYOKI Hue plates over my existing switches which these dimmers hold on with magnets as well.

Happy with these. I'm heavily invested in Hue though!
