Happy for Amazon's return policies
I thought I could get a SIM card for my unlocked phone to use in Israel, a country I visit frequently. Either my phone was not in fact unlocked, or the card is dead outside its native country. Either way a non starter, so back it went, for just the cost of a bit of gas to the ups store.Moral: get your phone or SIM card after you land, and always buy from Amazon.

Great, if you speak Hebrew
Decent rates and good service in Israel. The only problem is that all customer service menus, balance announcements and prompts are in Hebrew, and there are no instructions on how to switch the language. You can refill the balance at any gas station, which is very convenient.

Find a different carrier
Do not purchase this card unless you are fluent in Hebrew. English website is barely maintained, and laughably broken. The company is apparently notorious in Israel for poor customer service regardless.
