Poor quality.
The price is good. You know the old saying, you get what you paid for. Cheap quality. Don't recommend.

Great Wide Angle - Macro does not work separately.
The package came quickly, and was packaged nicely. The wide angle lens works beautifully- be sure to read instructions so you do not get vignetting. However, I really bought this for the Macro lens and this does not work separate from the wide angled lens. When separated from the wide angled lens the macro lens provides a completely blurry picture. The blurriness does not clear up with manual focusing either.

This really surprised me
I wanted to play w/ some macro shots (w/o cutting off my R arm) and have only tried the stackable filters. A set of these (Macro and telephoto) came in a bag of tricks I bought (CPL filter, card wallet and reader, cleaning kit, lens cap leash and a lens bag) I figured it was a gimick since it was so inexpensive, and didn't use it. I pulled it out when I got my 50 mm prime lens to see what happened. It took some getting used to, (which place to take it apart to work right) and I actually got some really great macro shots. We did an experiment during harvest, this macro thing against my friends 2k macro Nikon lens. Bet you can't guess who's were better. Ok yes, his were better, BUT, I had to magnify it 4x-5x in post (depending on the flower) before I saw any distortion. His of course went up to x7, 8 and 9x before it distorted. If you are trying to get real macro, like the cells of the plant, or a reflection in trichomes, then no this isn't the thing to try. But, if you need to add some wider shots to your kit of lenses, and want to play around at some decent macro shots, and not have to remortgage your house, this is a GREAT BUY! I like this better than the magnification filters, the shots were more clear to the edges w/o distortion. Also, if you're going for a hike, this addition can add more width to your landscape shot, pull it apart and just use the macro portion and snap a flower and only need to bring your small 50mm and this thing, very light wt. Better than lugging 2-3 different lenses with you, small compact, lightwt, all the camera functions still work because it operates like a filter, but its a lens on a lens thing. They also come with a cute lightwt bag, not a great bag, but it separates stuff. This goes everywhere with me now. Sometimes I love the shot but wish I could just get a little more into the shot. Add this thing on, and you get the whole room, take it off and back to where you were w/o exposing your mirrors or sensors to dust in hi winds or outdoors (or around a group of drunk ppl @ a beer making party) Hey, I'm not a pro, just an enthusiast, and learning more daily. While I'm learning and figuring out if this is my thing or not, I want to at least attempt to get better angles/compositions and shots without spending all my retirement on it. (lol) Before I spend $899 on a 100mm Canon Macro lens, I'll practice with this till I get good enough to buy a big girl macro lens. Only a camera snob will be able to tell the difference. ONE drawback: the end of these are very wide, so my CPL won't fit. (I know boo hoo) Those shsots requiring one will have to wait till I can spend more than I did on the camera for it. If you are even considering this, just bite the bullet and try it. You may surprise yourself, and if you don't like it, you aren't out your next car payment.
