A gr8 value gadget that does the job, but be aware of the errors in the instruction manual.
I’m very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this device as I’ve had some bad experiences ordering from China in the past. My skin is definitely looking and feeling improved having used it every 3-4 nights for about 5 weeks now.Just a word of caution: The manual instructs the user to fit the cartridge on to the pen by twisting it to “the counter clockwise” and vice-versa to remove. In fact it’s the other way around and if you aren’t aware of this you risk damaging the product. It’s not easy to remove even when you are doing it correctly. My partner eventually managed it for me. It’s a tad tricky twisting the metal dial which alters the needle depth too simply because, in my own case, I have already applied some serum to my face before use which leaves fingers a bit greasy and prevents grip.There is a warranty enclosed which is reassuring but it’s impossible to complete due to the teeny tiny size. I assume however that as the product came via Amazon, proof of the purchase and arrival date is already on the record if needing to invoke the guarantee.All in all though I’m extremely happy with this purchase which incidentally comes with a generous supply of spare cartridges. Love the pretty colour too

Needs more instructions
I would have liked more instructions with this product. Had to guess how to use as instructions were vague. Have only used twice so will wait to see results.

Very easy ro use and put together
The cost was very reasonable with the needles also in the price. I found the nano needles not the best however the 36 pins are brilliant. The charge dosnt last too long but can manage.
