Love it! Amazing for its price range.
I just got this today, so I may update if something goes bad later, but right now I couldn't be happier. Keep in mind that I have laminate and tile floors throughout, with one area rug and some small mats, so I can't comment on carpet heavy houses. It does fine going over thresholds, getting on and off carpets, and while it doesn't clean a carpet the way a vacuum would, it gets anything loose at the surface. I couldn't find anything else at this price that can even get on and off rugs reliably. The way it cleans is surprisingly smart. It will maintain a straight line when possible, but when it detects an edge it will automatically switch to edge mode and follow the perimeter. I think it may also switch to a "back and forth" pattern in large open spaces to get as much area as possible. It slows down when it detects an object (like my cats), and even when it hits something full speed the bumper makes it very soft. It isn't loud at all. I could easily talk on the phone or watch TV while it ran. I'm not a light sleeper so I could probably run it at night too. It had no problems making its way into every part of my 2 bedroom apartment, including under the coffee table. It may have to go over an area a few times to get everything, but it did eventually get everything. It also had no problems returning to its base, even though I have a night stand and dining table about a foot away on either side. The waste container is easy to get out and clean, and I was amazed at the amount of cat hair it picked up!! I had no idea that much was on my floors. No problems with cat litter too. I appreciate that it has two filters - one to hold most dirt and debris, and a HEPA filter to catch finer particles. I haven't tested the scheduling feature yet, but am looking forward to it. Manually controlling it was a breeze. It ran for a full hour and a half before returning to it's base. It charges in about 4 hours, so you could run it twice a day if you needed to.The only cons so far -1. if you're looking for something to really clean your carpets, you'll have to spend more. This does a good job getting large debris and loose dirt/hair, but it isn't a replacement for a vacuum.2. It did get stuck on a few things, like my fan with a circular base that creates a ramp for it, and a carpet with a raised edge. I would recommend being in the house the first few times it runs so you can learn its problem areas and make small fixes (I moved the fan out of reach, and used rug tape to secure small rugs - easy)ILife vacuums seem to have the highest ratings for the price range, but they don't ship to my area, so I was very happy to find that Pyle sold them. They also offer a standard 1 year warranty, meaning any repairs can go through their office in New York, making things much much faster.

Fantastic!
We have 4 cats and 2 dogs so we are constantly cleaning up pet hair. Sweeping only cleans up so much and the Dust Dirt Devil Vacuum we have does a pretty good job but I wanted something to get into harder to reach places.I read the reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! This is wonderful! I had cleaned my floors previously but once I put this down, I had to empty the compartment 3 times due to all the dirt, hair, debris it picked up that my sweeping and other vacuum didn't get. I should mention that other than a couple of throw rugs, we do not have carpet in the house. It is all laminate or linoleum. It easily cleaned under my couch, coffee table, chairs, and kitchen island. The only issue we ran into was with the small throw rug we have in the living room. It would either get a little stuck for a moment or it would flip the corner of the carpet as it navigated onto it. Otherwise it lifted itself up and cleaned it as well. It's not super quiet, although not obnoxiously loud either, but I would not try running it if you are sleeping. When it gets stuck it tries to correct its direction. If that doesn't work, it shuts down. I would make sure to pick up larger items off the floor as the compartment isn't very big and it can block the suction. I've only had this vacuum for a short duration so I can't attest to its longevity yet, but if I run into any problems, I will update this review. As of right now however, I would definitely recommend it.

My little Lady
I'll start out by saying as you read this review you will see me refer to my vacuum as a she. I have of course given her a name....Little red Head This by no means is a chauvinistic display to the ladies. If you do have a problem with this, then you should also order some chill pills with your prime account :) On to the reviewPROS: 1-This little lady will get after it. She picks up even very fine dust. I was amazed at the hepa filter and how it kept the fine dust in. She picks up dirt as well as even larger trash that is on the floor. Cereal, chip crumbs, etc ( We have children) She keeps the floor looking pretty good in between our deeper cleanings. 2-Battery life is pretty good, and she usually finds her charging station without any help to recharge.3- She handles the tiles and laminate floor like a champ. I can walk into these rooms after she has made her round with bare feet and don't get those "things" whatever they may be sticking to the bottom of my foot ( Again, we have children)CONS:1-Much like my children she is a little verbal when she is doing her cleaning. Whatever all the cool gadgets are inside that make my little lady run is somewhat loud. Not enough to bother me, but if she is doing her job while you are watching TV you might have to crank it up a notch or two2- We have a large area rug on the laminate floor. Its about an nch thick. Sometimes she will make the transition fine, at other times she will have to move around a bit or even get stuck.3- Again much like my children she has a mind of her own. She will go places you don't want her to go. Have had to retrieve her a few times because she was stuck under the entertainment center. You just have to learn the places she can fit, but cant get out of and block them off. Much like having a dog or children you will adapt to her behaviors and make the necessary adjustments. On this note her height is just tall enough she till get stuck under the edge of the cabinets in our kitchen. Moistly on the corners, when she is moving along the edge. A simple push with the toe will send her on her way.3- Lastly, the lid. She has a pop up top that covers the dirt catcher inside. When she gets under something sometimes the lid will pop up as its one of those push it down and it pops up kind of latches. It's not to common of a thing, but it will kind of mess her up if she is cleaning under something and her lid is popped up. I just click it back down as she rolls and she goes on her way.IN CLOSINGOverall I am extremely pleased with my purchase as a lightening deal for a great price. This little lady was money well spent. I have had her about a month now and actually enjoy the cleaning job each time I turn her on. The remote works fine and has a few modes that are a little confusing to figure out, like schedules cleaning, still trying to figure that out. I usually just turn her on when i'm around, because she does need a little help now and then
