Where are the scent packs, did not come with?????

I did received the scent it came in a small pack. The smell didn't last very long. It looks cool but I wouldn't buy this product again. I've had lots of compliments!

Can you resend clips…I never received the clips to attach to vent

mine is complete and it does come with the clips to anchor it to the window of the car's air conditioner
