This is a mandate review. If you buy a specific cable for a specific purpose and it works, there isn’t much to say. Seems durable. Works fine

In reviews prior to purchase there were conflicting comments. What I found is that generally it works for most viewing from iPhone to a hdmi input on a tv. BUT, the reason for my purchase was to watch HBO on a big screen, not my phone. Apparently HDMI encoding locks out some content. YouTube works fine…. Not HBO.Guess it is back to Chromecast.

This works as intended, but do be sure to read that it doesn’t work w many tv streaming providers. I got it to duplicate my phones camera on the tv which works great. The only downside is that I have to take off the apple mag safe for the 13pro in order to have a proper connection and have it work.

Bought this to watch videos and pictures of the kids we’ve had for years on my IPad Pro,, it wanted me to download a app.. I never read anything about downloading in the description so I made arrangements to send it back , later that night I tried it with my iPhone it works jus fine so I decided to keep it

Almost let the few bad reviews make me miss out on a great product. Plugged it in to my projector opened YouTube on my iPhone and we had a great picture and sound. Once I purchase an external speaker we will be all set.

This works fine, but it didn’t at first because my Airplay was disabled. Once enabled, no problems. This is actually nice. If you are one starring this cable because it won’t play Disney you should read the specifications for the product. Clearly states it can’t display Disney, etc. great for YouTube though.

If your TV is wall mounted some manufacturers face the sockets for HDMI outwards. If they do this then the length of the HDMI plug snarls the wall or at the least the cable is bent too much for comfort and would in time probably be damaged and unusable. It never occurred to me when ordering! It works OK with TV's in any other configuration but have a look before ordering.

Perfect purchase for the money paid. I have bought several of these throughout the years! I love that they are apple certified at a fraction of an apple lightning cable. I do have to replace them after about 6 months of use as they do stop charging.
