What is the difference between organics prenatal multi 180 tablets and organics prenatal once daily tablet 90 counts ?

The multi 180 has smaller doses of nutrients so it needs to be taken 3 times per day. The pills are the about the same size thought; big.

What type of vitk2 is in this product? is it mk-4 or mk-7?

MK-7 from the natural fermentation of yeast.

The label says 600mg of Folate but the product details says 800mg. Which is it?
