Great Product. Very Efficient
Product is Amazing. Manfrotto is reliable. Little expensive but great features and compatibility. Go for it if you're in for a long term investment.Cheaper alternatives available like sirui .

Great piece of gear
Love this monopod! Kinda wish the chicken foot was a little wider but it's still a great piece of gear. Doesn't come with a case which would have also been nice but whatever.

LOVE it...
This is my GO TO tri/mono pod, not only for my Sony 4K video camera but my regular Canon photo camera as well. It stands rather well on it's fold out three feet, even when extended, and it extends to a real nice length. The quality is also outstanding, just what you'd expect from Manfrotto. The clasps are adjustable as well, and it has a spring loaded top multi stud to fit different units. I use it a lot for free handing video because although my Sony FDR-AX53 has great video stabilization, you can still get twisting motion in your picture, and using the Manfrotto virtually eliminates that completely. Since I bought this Manfrotto monopod, I seldom grab my big, heavy, Velbon SX-681K video tripod with the Vel-Flo 10, PH-268R fluid dampened head. I couldn't be happier with the Manfrotto. It's quite universal in it's usefulness and it's quality is excellent. I'd definitely buy it again and I give it my highest recommendation.

the play in the feet was just too much
I returned this after use for a few weeks and just ordered the Sirui. The legs have too much play in them for me to be confident it will hold my camera. Also, the 4 section version will not fit into a carry-on but I believe the 5 section version would. It was a solid mono pod buy the play in the feet was just too much.
