Charging station
The functionality is good, but the USB port could be more securely fastened in place. It fits well in my phone's USB-C port. The charging station is fast, taking about 40 minutes to an hour for a full charge. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

Cannot use with phone in case.
The product looks decent. Well made. But it is not adjustable so if your phone is kept in protective case you will have to remove it each time you want to charge. I bought to have a quick means to drop phone on charge then grab and go but having to remove phone from case then put back in case each time defeats the purpose. Other than that seems good.

not wat it describle
the usb c connector to the phone is too long, so it doesnt even sit on the stand, if it was shorter, i might like it better

A bit "floppy"
Probably (pretty much) got what I paid for here but... the USB C connector sticks up juuuuuuuust a bit too far so the phone doesn't seat well in the cradle (hence the "A bit floppy" comment). That in itself is probably "OK" if you are using for yourself and you recognize that but I can see where somebody might try to push down too hard / rock the phone back and forth and end up damaging either the cradle or even their phone...

Perfect design
The winning point of this dock station is the adjustable position of the USB connector to the smartphone, which allows using the station with the phone in the case of any design. Not to mention the beautiful design and relatively heavy base (i.e., the stable installation with the open phone case).

more trouble than it was worth
I don't have much good to say about this but here goes.It doesn't require instructions to use.that's about it.It will only work with phones without cases.It is a problem to connect and disconnect the phone as the base is too light and liable to come off the desk during removal.It is too easy to knock over.Bigger phones don't feel stable one in itmy biggest gripe is it won't do fast chargingoverall it looks and feels as cheap as the price I paid for it.
