If you want an office chair that feels good on your back, this is it. It is worth the price. The chair itself is made of quality material and looks professional. I bought it for back support because I sit at a desk all day and work. I was having major back pain from my previous chair. This chair has helped a lot! I have never had a chair that supports the lower back like this one does. It really does help to relax your back and support it while you are sitting. It is very comfortable to sit in. The head rest is nice as well. But the way it contours to fit your back is the super feature. As for putting it together, it is relatively easy. The only issue was that some of the screws did not fit certain holes so you have to play around with matching the right screws into the right holes. But I'm telling you, it's worth it!

Chair is nice looking but kind of garbage! Both the height and seat adjustments do not work therefore not comfortable. How do you return a assembled chair? :P I do not suggest buying one!

Good quality chair but is quite small the 250 lb rating should be taken with a grain of salt!
