The fact that this foot massager has a remote is fantastic. The remote allows my dad, who had Gullain Barre Syndrome leaving his feet & other parts of his body paralyzed causing him to have extremely bad circulation, to use this at any time he wants because he also has a bad back which can be limiting. The remote is very simple to use. It is actually much easier than using the device itself although I wouldn't say the device is hard to figure out either. The foot massager has good pressure and people say (I have used it on about 10 massage/esthetic clients also) they feel like there feet and legs are still vibrating once it is done. Which is actually something they seem to enjoy very much, in case you weren't sure. The foot massager is quiet and relaxing. This also requires basically no set-up except to pull the tab out of the remote which has a battery included. It allows for anyone with any size foot, length or width, to use it comfortably. I will admit a heat setting would make this foot massager so absolutely perfect, no one would be able to resist buying one. I have had great comments from my massage and esthetics clients whom have gotten to try it out this week also. I would recommend it if you are looking for something that gives you more lasting results.

When you plug the unit in it is ready to go, but it will not shut down until you unplug it. The unit is in a constant state of stand by. For someone with limited mobility, this is a very big inconvenience. However, if you're willing to deal with that inconvenience, I highly recommend this unit. However, I've only had it a few days. I have no idea how long it will last. It is extremely quiet and has adjustable massage levels and temperature levels.

This product stopped working after 2 mths and I cannot return it or get a replacement I bought it for my mom’s circulation problem and now I have to figure something else out but thankfully Emer backed up their product and gave me a full refund and I will try again with a warranty so pray it helps ty Amazonas emer for being a good sport

I bought this foot circulation product for my mother-in-law, and it has truly helped her. She feels much better when sitting for long periods, and it’s made a real difference. We’re very happy with the purchase — it works just as promised!

I really enjoyed this foot massager for the first few months. I put it away for a few weeks while I was away, traveling. When I got back and tried to use is, it refused to work. The power comes on, but no vibration, no heat, nothing. Very disappointed as the window for return had closed. After it malfunctioned, I checked others' reviews and find that many state that theirs lasted only a short time before completely failing (and many loved theirs, so it seems to be an issue of quality control, or sketchy design/assembly/materials?). There really should be some recourse for buyers of failed machines when a piece of equipment has such a spotty record. It was not an inexpensive machine, so shame on the company for its quality control.

I bought this to try and find some relief from my sore feet and legs, so far it seems to be helping with circulation in my feet and legs, also is relaxing on the feet. The second setting works the deeper tissue, and you can move your feet in different positions to target different areas. What I also really love is that I can prop it up on a chair and use it for my back, nice to sit and relax and get a massage and bring some circulation into the back. Same price as a massage and this I can use anytime and definitely helping with back and foot pain. So far my whole family is really liking it.

I love this thing !!! I have diabetic retinopathy Poor circulation to my feet and lower calf’s !! I also have had my left toe & part of my foot Removed !! This has helped with healing !! I’m not a doctor i’m a patient that was having a hard time healing !! Combo of control blood sugar & this device seem to have made a big difference !!!’

It worked for awhile and did a great job relieving discomfort and promoting blood flow. But when the chord would no longer plug in because the inside was loose it was useless. And No communication with vendor after several attempts. Phone number was not even the correct number for this vendor. False number. Then customer service said they would contact them. No response. It worked for 4 months & now it’s useless! And out of return time. Too bad. Just get the money & that’s it. So, buyer beware. No customer service! And I was nice to give it 3 stars!p
