Works Great!
The media could not be loaded. Responds and adapts to your coffee ways. The AeroPress filter from amazon enhanced the créma. iBell may look into producing/providing filter papers along. Certainly appears to be a company that adheres to engineering standards. The water heating pot inside finish could be better. Easy to clean. Definitely worth the care! Going good, 6+ months use, 1 - 2 times a week... afterall you've to earn your coffee.

The funnel neck needs work to improve taste.
It's a decent vessel, slight design error. The funnel has a narrow neck, which means the water boils for too long(the coffee cooks for too long) before the pot fills up making the coffee bitter. I fixed it by replacing the funnel from old pot and it fits. Something for the manufacturer to consider.

handle broke on day one
I used it only once. when i made coffee and tried to pick up the pot and pour the coffee into a mug, the handle broke. it was so fragile and delicate. I'm super frustrated right now. poor quality.

Easy to use and effective filter
The product does what it is supposed to do. Good decoction and quantity of coffee powder required is less. It is easy to clean and easy to use. Overall very happy with it. It would have been great if a spare silicon ring was provided with it. Spares maybe difficult to get if the silicon ring is damaged
