Works as described
Work fine converting the differential voltage from a pressure transducer into a single-ended voltage. I did not find it necessary to adjust the potentiometers. One nit-pick is that it would be helpful to have a V+ terminal on the input side of the PCBA. There are plenty of GND points but I needed V+ to flow through to excite my transducer.

Nice AD620 instrumentation amp, ready to go but build quality is poor.
Great little amp setup, but glad I bought 2. The surface mount components are very fragile and will pop off the board easily, so handle with extra care and build a box for it. Signal is good and pretty clean and the price is right.

You can set both gain and offset!
Simple, easy to use. Like that you can adjust both gain AND zero

Not very reliable
They seem to work sometimes and not work other times. I need to try replacing the potentiometers as others have suggested to see if that helps.

Junk components. Fail after very short time
These units have decent specs, but when you put them into real world use, they work for about 5-30 minutes and then fail. The gain potentiometer is poor quality and has massive change with slightest adjustment. Was hoping for better results, but need to look for something more reliable. I am only using these to amplify mV/mA signals. They work great for a few minutes and then stop. Running at 5volt dc.
