I love this tool! I take it with me wherever I go and it has come in handy so many times.CONS: The wire cutter doesnt cut like a traditional wire cutter and the knife doesn't lock in place, file doesn't really work and havent ever had a use for itPROS: Super handy, knife and scissors are sharp, full size scissors is the best.

It broke the very first time I used it when I went fishing. The siccors got stuck somehow and now they won’t come unstuck. I would like a refund. I can also send the tool back in if needed. Thanks

Some components do not fit flush with protruding metal edges. There were very sharp edges on the tool, and had to use metal files and a rotary tool to fix the problem. The file on the tool is smooth and would not grind metal or wood. I suggest to thoroughly inspect the tool on arrival. Mine had rust mostly on the inside folded areas of the tool, knife and plier. I doubt the metal is stainless steel.

I got this for the scissors/blade combination. The scissors is sharp and sturdy with 1-1/2 inch blades. The knife blade is smooth (not serrated) and just shy of 3 inches. Both scissors and knife are easily accessible, more so than on the Leatherman. The knife blade does NOT lock as the Buck and Letherman blades do. There are #0 Philips and 5mm flat-blade screwdrivers and of course a pliers with a wire cutter. I viewed this purchase as a gamble because of the low price but I am delighted with the quality. It is comparable to the Buck knife, Leatherman tool, and other specialty knives that I have. The only real con besides the knife not locking is the file; it compares unfavorably with the Leatherman file and even the file on my small Swiss knife. The file blade is double-sided, single cut on one side which really doesn't work,and double cut on the other side which works a little. A fabric belt sheath is included which should fit belts up to about 1-1/2 inches wide. On the whole a great tool for the price. UPDATE: The fabric sheath provided does not work well; it is difficult to grasp the tool because it sits too low in the sheath. I have substituted a spare Leatherman sheath and it serves well. The OUTU sheath actually fits another knife well so I am net good, but that is unique.

Pros: large and sharp scissors, good pliers, sharp knife, long Phillips screwdriver, nice fileCons: 1..knife blade feels like it is connected poorly,2..the wire cutters on the pliers do not work as well as I was hoping ( the designers attempted to make the wire cutters shears instead of mashing the metal blades on top of each other, and consequently the wire ends up jamming the plier shears instead of the wire being cut. For normal wires, it works well, but for the cable in the picture, it didn't)

I'm always on the lookout for a better multitool and this one has become my favorite edc.I'll start with the bad:The flat head is too thick to be used on most flat head screws.The belt clip shifts back and forth a bit so I'm worried it might come loose.A little heavy and bulky for my personal preference of edc.The good:Comfortable in your hand in any mode.Snaps into place very satisfactorily.Knife is sharp and holds an edge well.Scissors are sharp and strong.Pliers are precisely aligned.Hidden springs are strong and don't bind.

I got this and found a design flaw on the scissors a small piece of metal fell off and now it is useless . Can I get a refund or replacement?
