Doesn’t work well on different sizes and styles of pots
The verdict is still out on this. I’ve used it 4 times on 3 different pots It hasn’t quite lived up to my expectations, I was hoping to find an alternative to always having to use a colander and I haven’t necessarily found that this product is the answer. It doesn’t work well on a small saucepan, which I was hoping to use for straining vegetables. I have pots & pans from two manufacturers and they don’t fit securely in my Farberware pots but does work ok in my 6 qt Rachel Ray but not in my 4 qt Rachel Ray. Think twice before you try this one.

Love this tool
Love this tool! I use this convenient strainer with my rice cooker to make rice and porridge. I also use it to drain potato slices before sautéing. The rice does not escape from the strainer, but it makes draining the extra water from the pot or my rice cooker so much easier. I think it'll be very handy for making pasta and and cold noodle dishes too. By the way, the spatula that comes with the strainer is a nice and useful bonus too.

Super for small kitchen jobs
I have the larger version of this spatula and this is my little go to for scraping out cans, small pots and my food processor. I honestly have used the strainer only once or twice on medium and small pots because I haven’t made it a habit yet, but it clips on tight and goes straight into the top dishwasher rack.

Excellent Product - Beneficial to those who have difficulty using a traditional colander.
This colander clips easily onto the side of my largest pot - 16 quart - and lets me drain water off my angel hair pasta far more easily than a standard colander. This is important to me as I have limited grip strength. Washes easily in the top rack of my dishwasher although I have decided to handwash it in order to extend its longevity.

Absolute must have!
This thing is a life saver. It works with grease and boiling water, and washes easily. Doesn’t heat up either so you can add it to the pot you’re cooking with and take it off right away and you won’t burn your hand.
