Years ago, I had an anti-reflux surgery (Nissan Fundoplication). Although it cured the reflux and ulcers, it left me unable to burp or get rid of gas in any other way. Needless to say, that can get horribly uncomfortable and downright painful if you eat broccoli or beans. Gas-X works and it’s all I used for years until I decided just to see if Phazyme worked any better. The answer: Yes indeed!! It’s a lot stronger than Gas-X and it starts working literally 10 minutes after I swallow it. I take it at night and if my stomach is bloated, even painfully bloated, it’s gone well before morning. I sleep through whatever sound effects may have occurred during the night, and my husband has yet to complain. Highly recommend especially if you’ve had the same surgery.

My go to gas pill everytime. We all know how painful and uncomfortable gas pain can be. These pills worth great gets that gas under control in as little as 15 minutes for me. It was recommended to me by the doctor after a bariatric surgery in 2023 and I will forever take it.

I’m on a Glp-1 medication. This works very well to get rid of some digestive issues, but not all as described. I recommend this product often.

Been using the Amazon brand and it didn't do anything, I was always still suffering. Decided to try a different brand not sure how it would work differently since it's the same active ingredient but wow it's like night and day the difference in relief from that product and this. This is def worth the money

I needed a gas reliever that I could take at bedtime without water. (I'm a horrible sleeper and midnight trips to the bathroom are not an option for me.) This product turned out to be very effective. It worked throughout the day as indicated and I could sleep restfully on it. I didn't have to take additional dosages for gassiness during the day. Unfortunately, within two weeks or so, I found myself constipated with an splitting lower back. Medical professionals advise that 500 mg is maximum amount for daily simethecone use. I've decided to make a switch. I will take a 125 mg gel cap at night, and split the remaining (375mg) dosages with water during the day. This is a good product, but not the right dose for my situation.
