More Than1Reason to Use and Like These!
I would Imagine that anyone purchasing these to increase their height would be pleased (since they do). With all 3 sections connected, your shoes will have a similar footbed as a western riding boot. Except they have the nice cushioning effect one might hope for looking at them their one clear gel section. I like having 1 for each pair of shoes because while, yes, you can adjust the height by removing sections - they don’t ‘lock’ well enough to not come apart and require ‘restacking’ as you put them in another shoe. However, that is not so difficult as to be a dealbreaker if you should choose try them first - and the option is offered to have them auto sent to you at preferred intervals. They last me a very long time, and I have purposely in the pics shown all well worn items, including the ASICS. Regarding them, I slip them on and off through the day - but rarely walk without them - more in the next section. I would not sport run or engage in any intensive activity that might disengage my foot from a low cut shoe like this one. But I already had these shoes, kinda perfect for writing and moving about the house…and errands - for me. Any shoes I buy in the future will have at least an ankle height for the added stability and safety. In the 1st pic my heel is only about an inch below the shoe top. The 2nd pic is just the shoe entrance followed by #3 removing my personal top layer of a Podiatrist’s custom orthotics (more on that below also) and finally the product being reviewed…a well worn heel lift with many miles left to go - sized down by just removing a section. I find them quite comfortable, a subtle ‘give’ that creates a sensation of firm padding that does not compromise stability. To clarify the title I selected for this review, I have mentioned elsewhere an unfortunate back condition. Have had physical therapist assessments that consistently reference a problematic pelvic ‘tilt’. Around the same time I read of a gentleman’s back pain going away when he wore western boots like I described above. Being a Texan I am well acquainted with these boots and have always had a few pair, so it was easy to consider them or their equivalent in this product as an added help. Such a therapeutic assist as this for SOME people is referenced in medical literature as ‘novel’, and there are many medical novelties - most of which you may never hear or read of - and not likely be instructed to try. There are rarely easy fixes for back issues, and a great many other medical conditions. A ‘novel treatment’ may help fewer people than evolving ‘off label’ treatments, or even maybe as many, due both to the ‘novel treatment’s’ lack of informational communication and the necessary expensive ‘double blind studies’ without expectation of significant revenue. The novel, in this case, is an inexpensive and sturdy product sold through Amazon that also offers the flexibility of several ‘pelvic tilt’ angles to try. For myself I layer over the heel down through the footbed my amazing podiatrist insoles. Yes, they are initially expensive, but also near immortal and very inexpensive to send off every few years to be made to look like new if your doc doesn’t detect change indicating a new prescription. I really think it’s the combination of these 2 shoe stuffers that offer benefit to some who suffer with back pain. If you are a member of this very large club…trying out these heel risers from Amazon is easy, of little cost, and with the adjustments provide a lot of information you can take to your highly recommended podiatrist if desired. But for a lot of people, just these adjustable heel lifts are all that’s needed for substantial or all relief. My take away: well worth trying for any number of reasons!

The way the sole it works.
The Sole Works Great, Feel comfy, but, But The Sole Isn't Too much wide to Crib The Talon in the shoe 👟 it slides in the Talon area at the left Interior lefting the user walking the foot 🦶 inclined to the outside, I Use it at Left leg only. Wider will be firmly in the shoe.

Doesn’t fit most shoes.
Did not fit my shoes at all. Hurts my heels and ankles cause of how high it’s placed into the shoe. The palms of my feet slip right out the shoe due to the heels not fitting properly into the shoe. I don’t recommend purchasing.

Okay, but don't fit in my shoes.
They don't fit in boots, unless I imagine wide or a size up. I have a size 6 1/2 boot.

I love um'
I'm a 5' 11" man so I didn't buy for height but rather heel comfort. I selected the 1" which provides a nice soft cushion which my 225 pounds seem to compress some. I love um' and they suit my needs perfectly.

gives 1.5 inches not 2.5 an it hurts to wear.
Gives about 1.5 inches but very uncomfortable an narrow even for narrow feet. If you got wide feet do not buy this is coming from someone with narrow feet. The logo came off after trying them in shoes. i would only use the first 2 layers or 1 layer. 2 layers gives about 1 inch. You should only wear them on special occasions or taking photos/wearing costumes on halloween.

Great for length discrepancy (Crocs) 👍
This review is only after wearing a few times, but so far I love these. I use the 1” in my right Croc. They’re most likely too high to use in regular shoes. Before these I used DynWalker height increase, but they were both full length, which made my Crocs too tight, and my foot sat on the heel crooked. THESE are a dream so far. I wish they sold singles since I only require the right side.

Have been limping around with a CAM boot on one foot. Bought these to put one in my other shoe so I could walk without a limp. Works perfectly.
