Q: Has anyone used these for plantar faciitis? Did it help or make the pf worse?

Many people with plantar fasciitis tell me of constant misery when standing, walking, etc. It can really affect your quality of life, but this product is unfortunately not the answer. Seeing a really good podiatrist is your best bet. -max

Q: Do I need to buy bigger shoes?

Yes, It is recommended to use with slightly bigger shoes.

Q: Can this be put in kids shoes?

They could be cut down yes. I bought these for my bf, his leg has been broken for 3 years and is now 1 ½ inches shorter than the other. He's a small guy, 5'4" and shoe size 8 and these worked perfectly. Not sure if you're correcting an uneven leg or getting that extra inch to get on a roller coaster but it should work as long as not on really small child. Put in mid rise or hightop tennis shoes and have them practice walking in house first
