There's a great variety of exercises in these books, well explained. Although I've seen a few color pages on the internet, these pages are black and white, making the pictures less clear. You can't be sure from the pictures whether she's using the push-through or roll-down bar. It's very clear in the instructions.

I bought all the equipment books from Lulu.com after seeing the preview on google books. Unfortunetly when I received them, they came printed in black and white - I wasn't expecting that at all. When I look at a preview of a book, I expect to get what I see. So far I never had to check the fine print of a book before, to see if it might be printed in black and white instead of in colour (as you see it in the previews). Additionally the chosen design (colours/ structure) doesn't work in black and white, as it does in colour and makes it a lot harder to read. For me that is extremely misleading honestly and I don't find it fair at all. I reached out to Catherine Wilks, to ask if it's possible to get at least a coloured digital version for it, but she totally refused and said it's mentioned on lulu.com, that it's printed in black and white.
