Love it. Works for me! I've been lifting for years and I've taken alot of supplements. This works so well I was like yes, I need to stock up on more. I immediately bought another bottle. It did exactly what I needed it to do. I feel better and I am happy with the product. I'd love to buy more. It's a tad expensive for me but if I could buy 10 bottles right now I would. I pray this product stays on the market. Like anything good and with ignorance flooding out online and everything else... Start with Arnold's bodybuilding book please, we call it the bodybuilding bible. It's just a reference guide. Everyone is different. For those looking for "roids" be safe and smart. Remember equine and bovines aren't humans and there are risks. Find a doctor who is willing to listen and help you with any kind of hormone therapy if you choose that route and please understand it will not make you anything without input and hard work and there are long term costs and risks associated.

I took this for 2 months and can’t say I saw much in the way of results. I feel conflicted about it because the science seems to indicate this would be effective, but I expected better results. I did lose some fat and gain some muscle in that time frame, however I attribute that more to my diet and workout routine than to this product. I’d probably be willing to try it again in the future when I plateau, but I’m not sold on it just yet

I haven't been using it long enough to know the muscle building effects, but I have found that after three days of continuous use, increased muscle soreness is present. So far what's working for me is three days on and two days off, while lifting five days a week.

I didn't really expect my strength and workout intensity to be boosted so quickly. On day one the pump was increased and muscle fatigue was suppressed.
