My neighbor over waters and the extra water flooded under a wooden tool shed and the termites took advantage. He didn't want to stop the overwatering and didn't want to put plastic up against his block wall. We dug down two feet and painted our side of the wall. No water getting through at all. The new toolshed should hold up better.

Hired a contractor for sudden camper roof leak. He strongly suggested flex seal paste. Ordered 2- 6lb buckets. Only able to use minimal center the rest was harder than a rock. Opened 2nd bucket, same consistency. Over $100, leak not repaired, product unusable. Unhappy customer

This stuff is truly a great product. My problem was that two containers were 25-30% dried inside the container. I thought it was just the first one. You only have 15-30 minutes to work this material, so I hurriedly opened the second tub hoping for a full one. No such luck. Second on also dried inside. If the foil inside fit the container better from the factory it would fix the problem. Instead, there were wrinkles and air gaps to the material. Again, I know this to be a good product but these two tubs were dried about 1/3 of product.

Ordered two 6 # tubs. 65 + % of the tubs were hardened when they arrived and would not spread. Use a small can about a month ago and it worked very well. I suggest not ordering the larger size until the company can fix the problem. My second comment after contacting the seller. Within 48 hours I had an answer which corrected the problem , a very welcome solution. They are great to do business with.

So far, it's working as expected. Roof leak has stopped.

Received container yesterday opened it today. Half of the tub was hard.

Used it to patch concrete foundation that broke out. It stuck on very well. Will have to see if it works and for how long. Concrete patch only lasted about a year then started cracking. Awful expensive for what you get it better last longer.

The product does the job as advertised.
