It stopped working in 5 months. It does not overwrite older videos and microSD gets full soon, at least I was not able to figure out how to enable overwriting. Date setting needed to adjust quite often, an internal battery(?) is too poor?I am going to buy Transcend again as it's been working >2 years on my another car.

Bought as gift but it gets lots of use!... instructions were hard to understand.

At first it work good but screen kept flickering sometimes. No big deal but after 2 weeks the dash cam died no power nothing. Construction is very light and very cheap doesnt feel durable at all. Save your money and get a better brand.

You get what you pay for. It isnt the clearest 1080hd but it works. Setup was easy. Just go through the settings and turn on/off the things you want. My biggest complaint so far is the battery. You have to keep it plugged in pretty much. You cant beat the price. If it gets stolen out of my car It won't hurt as much. Its got time stamp and thats it. No gps info.

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas. We are both Uber and Lyft drivers and we thought this would be a great thing to have for this type of work. I'm giving this product a 4 star rating, instead of 5 due to a minor error that quickly worked itself out but still, it happened. and also, there is no real battery life on this device but honestly I paid $15. It was a deal!!! It is still working just fine btw and have had no further issues that I know of. The Minor error that I mentioned happened when I turned it on and attempted to set the date or the timestamp. It would only allow you to go up to 13 for the days column or you would start over from day 1. This fixed itself when I turned it off then turned it back on.

Horrible, never has correct date on it after many times resetting. SD card got full really fast and you have to manually delete. Car got hit when parking and it got nothing even when I set the parking mode. Accidentally close and open during videographing. Anyways, you get what you pay for the money.

Clear screen, haven't had to download to computer yet though.

Item broke down not even a week after I got it. I would not recommend it.
