Excellent quality soft bamboo shoots
The bamboo shoots were very well preserved and tasted like fresh bamboo shoots.Good value for money, thickness and smell.

No taste and smell of bamboo shoot
Had used it to cook chicken with bamboo shoot but there was no smell or flavour of bamboo shoot. Usually the aroma of bamboo shoot is pretty strong but here no flavour at all even when I opened the packet!

Exceptional Aroma
Very nice aroma....yet to taste but being from the northeast i can say from the aroma it will be good ..Exceptional....my pork bamboo shoot ingredients are complete...And nice way to send the samplers.....will surely order again

Salty
Too much salty.otherwise good.please reduce the salt to 50percent.will recomend for those who do not have high b p thanks.

Bad smell even after cooking the bamboo shoots
The brine had a wierd sour smell and so the bamboo shoots got the smell as well ..it was so strong that even after cooking the smell did not go. Not worth buying. Please do something about the smell. I have had similar bamboo shoots that are so fresh and have a soft n smooth texture.
