Goes inside standard baffle
I’m giving this 5 stars because it made my bike way quieter. So the product works amazing. As someone new to owning a motorcycle I wish instructions would have come with this. I didn’t know this quiet baffle goes inside the standard baffle. It was my understanding it was to replace it. When it arrived, it was really short, and had no packing around it. So I contacted Vance and Hines. They have amazing customer service. The guy on the phone gave me a number to text right away to confirm I had the right baffle to the slip on my bike has. He also emailed me directions. Installation was super easy and took less than ten minutes. My bike went from be obnoxiously loud, to having a nice tone and purrs like a kitten.

Sounds better
The quiet baffle truly does the job of creating a fuller, lower rumble that I like better than the original high pitched crackle of the V and H Hi output slip-on for my XG750A Street Rod. I definitely wont be having any problems with the neighbors, triggering car alarms, or worrying about taking quiet roads in the middle of the night. This is the middle way and better option between the lawn mower stock sound and the super loud Hi Output Slip On unbaffled sound.

No manual provided, QR code provided is a dead link. After figuring out how to install I must say the sound reduction is a lot less then I had expected. What is left sounds nice but still very loud.
