Can it organize pills?

It is a piece of junk, that can barely work at all, forget pill sortment

Can you put tweezers in its claw? To pick very small objects up? The size of a grain of sand?

I kinda do not think you can. You do not have that kind of control over any of the servos. You can try though. Luck!

I already own xarm 1s but missing controller. can i use arduino, or must use your controller. please amazon part numbers?

Are you missing the controller after receiving the xArm 1S. May i know your order number? The xArm 1S requires as a special controller and can not be controller directly with the Rasperry Pi.

I need to control this arm from an existing application. is documentation available identifying how to control the arm via usb or serial interface?
