Finicky valve and meh pump
When I first tried this out, I left one star because it didn't seem like it worked at all. It does, it just requires a bit of a technique to get working (I found positioning the valve over a hole in the filament reel was required. I found there's a 3D print for a disc that's supposed to make this easier but I haven't tried it out.I haven't tried again with the vacuum cleaner to remove the air. Hand pump works but it's not that easy to use.Update: Bag seal holds. Make sure you close it up well.Updated to 5 stars. If I could give half-stars I would give this a 4.5 because the hand pump sucks.

Good but needs assistance
I finally started using these after they sat in a drawer for a few years. The reason they sat there was I couldn't get the pump to remove the air. Then I looked on the Thing i verse site and found the puck that allows the pump to work properly. It creates a space for the air to be removed. Now I can store the filament in a similar environment to when it was purchased. The bags hold vacuum well once they are stored. Now that I know the trick, I am going to purchase more. These are far easier to use than a dry box given my printer space.

Great solution, fits all my filament.
Great way to store filament, easy to see the different colors through the bag, good quality.

Some worked but didn't last
Two of the bags leaked from the start and was unable to use. The rest worked ok and held the vacuum at first. The pump was a challenge on some but I was able to make it work on them all. The problem is they didn't last. After pulling down some of the filament I hadn't touched since I sealed them had slowly leaked. Now after 9 months none of them will hold a vacuum. Nice idea just need better bags.I found the filament rolls will fit in FoodSaver bags so I've converted most to that now. Those are indestructible. I've used it for years for food that goes from freezer to boiling water without ever leaking. And they are cheaper too.

Simple and holds seal well
This kit works great. I really only needed the pump and bags so I can't speak on the moisture measuring strips. In the past 2 years I've used maybe 5 full spools out of the 30+ I have accumulated. Since I have a lot of used spools I thought it was time to start storing them better since I wanted to avoid any potential dehydrating.I've had some wood PLA in a bag for months and has not lost it's seal. I also reused a bag multiple times for a roll of black eSun PLA.Even some new rolls lose their seal in less than a month. Considering that, I think this is an accessory all 3D printing hobbyists should have.

Work great to vacuum seal your filament.
I purchased two boxes of these and found they work great to vacuum seal my filament. I’ve only had one bag lose vacuum in two years of use. It’s a bit of work to get the air out with the hand pump tho. Will definitely buy more.

I've ordered these twice.
These work really well, hold a seal excellently and are very durable. My only complain is they can be very difficult to seal without the provided plastic zipper closures and the first times you seal the bag it can be hard to get the vacuum pump going.
