Grandson loved this, given along with a nerf gun. He is 7 years old and it fit fine with adjustment. Absolutely loved it and the cloth mask and head band. The goggles are garbage and crooked. I didn't even give those to him, instead I purchased Nerf Elite googles. I would purchase again. Your child will love it!

Difficult to determine whether vest would fit my grandson. Kit is very gift worthy and I find adequate value for the purchase price.

As mentioned above, the darts not properly fitting really annoyed my 10-year old. The vest is also quite large and might fit a 12 year old best. also when putting the darts in I noticed that there was a string blocking the darts from fitting.The way that the smaller blasters can fit in is cool but its a little to high up to a point where you might not even use it.Also on the other side on the vest there is an elastic band but it does not look like it can hold a blaster like the other sidePros: you get a lot of stuff. Just not high quality.

When I gave this vest to my nephew, he was enthralled with it and had my husband help him put it on and set everything up. Then he put on the mask and glasses and went outside and played for hours. The vest has two velcro straps and lots of holders for spare darts. It also comes with two 6 round magazines and a wrist strap for holding more darts. The vest also comes with 20 darts, 10 blue and 10 orange. They work great with his nerf gun but sometimes will play with his other play guns and keep the darts on the vest for looks. He has a lot of fun with it and it fits him perfectly. The material of the vest is durable and the darts all stay in place.
