I purchased this to reduce leg cramps and boost immunity levels. It's too early to know if it will do the trick, but I've always been pleased with GNC quality. I'm not sure how we would ever rate absorbency, and since this tablet is to be swallowed, NOT chewed, asking us to rate features like "Flavor" seems unrelated. It is a very small tablet, compared to the GNC magnesium tablet, so it's certainly easy to swallow.

I really think that Vitamin B6 is most essential for the central nervous system. I have several health issues one of which is ideopathic bi-lateral neuropathy and hair loss that I feel depletes my system of this and the other B vitamins . The neuropathy will always be with me but I am going to be as aggressive as I can until the powers that be figure out the cause and my hair loss has slowed to a degree. So I appreciate also the GNC is a trusted avenue to obtain health products and I am glad to have been able to get them through Amazon. Thank you !
