This ran small. My grandson wears 6 month cloths, but this didn't fit.

Perfect little boys dress shirt. He was 16lbs at time of the photo and the shirt fit perfectly. Not tight, but not too loose

This is a quality shirt and we got a lot of use out of it. If one thing changed it would be absolutely perfect. The bodice is short compared to the sleeve length. It's like they are two different sizes sewn to the same shirt. The bodice was a little too short for my little guy but his arms were swimming in the sleeves.

This shirt was surprisingly of great quality for such a great price! Fit him perfectly. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
