Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Blue Spirulina Powder (in Miron Glass Jar) : 2 Oz (2 Pack)

I add this to a juice I make. It's a beautiful color of blue and its a powder. It doesn't have a particular taste. I purchased it to add to my juicing recipe. The juice made with it is delicious.

First discovered blue Spirulina in Hawaii, where I had the most delicious açaí bowls that were vivid blue with myriad of cut fruits on top, at the local shops. Blue Spirulina or blue green algae has health benefits: antioxidant, pain-relief, anti-inflammatory. Not completely odorless. This lives in aquatic environments so it has a slight seaweed taste and slight fishy smell but not overwhelming at all. I add to my smoothies and it becomes odorless and tasteless. Vivid blue color-use this as a blue food coloring for your cupcakes, cookies, smoothies and more! Does not taste very pleasant when mixing alone with water.Compared to the powder on the left, is spirulina powder from the a store brand. One can see the other one is dark green,and a strong fishy smell. I much prefer spirulina from Terrasoul.

A small problem with shipping was handled immediately and replacement was received within 24hrs. Product worked as expected in my Ocean Smoothie Bowls. Color was perfect!

Was looking for a more affordable alternative to E3live Blue Majik powder and this is great! The jar is less messy than a resealable bag and I love the vibrant blue color that only a teaspoon gave my smoothie! The powder is odorless and tasteless which is good, too.

I use this mixed with the green every morning. Taste is not so great, but anything good for you won’t taste too good. I mix it with 10oz cold water and quickly swallow. I recommend it.
